Working with Foran Construction Ltd, BS Steels was very pleased to provide ramps, gates, railings and other access steelwork for the redevelopment of the Emerald GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) Grounds in Ruislip, London.

This prestigious project aims to take forward the grounds of the London County Board of the GAA, to provide facilities of a comparable standard to those in Ireland and thereby encourage Irish sports to flourish. It is hoped also that the Ruislip site can become an inspiration for other GAA groups outside Ireland.

The main feature was the construction of a 1,950-seater stadium, with extensive facilities. BS Steels provided crowd barriers along the length of the field, a run of 100 metres, as well as gates, ramps and other access steelwork.

BS Steels designs, manufactures and installs steel staircases, barriers, balustrades, gates, railing and other access steelwork for numerous purposes, across many industries. From functional designs, such as those at GAA, or in our highways and railways activities, to elegant and beautiful staircases, BS Steels can assist with whatever specification or design your project needs.
